The core of Lucia’s teaching methodology involves the combination of belly dance techniques with mindful awareness, which makes easier the connection between body, mind, soul and music. 

Her main focus is to teach this dance in a simple, fun and meaningful way, so that the students not only get the benefits that provides the dance itself (stress reduction and body fitness), but also raise their wellbeing levels, by improving their inner connection, self-confidence and positive mood.
