During this fun and mindful weekly classes, we will learn the beautiful art of Oriental Dance (aka Bellydance).
These classes are oriented to wellness and not to fitness because we will be adding mindfulness to our dance practice: in this way relaxing our minds will further increase the well-known benefits of dancing.
Aligning our minds, hearts and bodies will help us to increase our body awareness and in this way we can better integrate what we are learning during each session. Additionally, we can also experience a reduction in our stress levels and increase in your positivism that will lead to an increase in our sense of wellbeing.
This workshop runs over 10 sessions on Mondays at the same time every week.
